Full Flava Kings to Play at PTAC Gala

BARTLESVILLE, OK – Star Struck… Lights! Camera! Gala! is set for Saturday, January 30th,. The 2010 Annual Gala Fundraiser takes its theme from the current Price Tower Arts Center exhibition on famed Hollywood costume designer Edith Head.

The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a VIP reception at Copper Bar inside the Price Tower Arts Center.  Guests will enjoy drinks, appetizers and Susan Claassen’s portrayal of Edith Head.  The main event will begin at 7 p.m. in the Bartlesville Community Center.

This year’s menu is being prepared by Chef Tim Inman of the Stonehorse Café in Tulsa’s Utica Square.  The Full Flava Kings will provide live musical entertainment.  There will also be a silent and live auction featuring items such as a week’s stay in a Knightsbridge London flat, artwork and a Henry Dunay-designed ring.  All proceeds from the auction benefit Price Tower Arts Center.

Honorary Chairpersons for the event are Rand and Patti Berney.   Kimberly Doenges chaired the 2010 Gala Committee.  Other members included Patti Berney, Tracy Boles, Jessica Butler, Elizabeth Gallery, Tracy Harlow, Sheryl Kaufman, Jane Kirkpatrick, Beth Maddux, Theo Silas and Barbara Williams.
