Special Events Assistant

Primary Function: Price Tower Arts Center hosts a variety of events and activities that require extra helping hands. A special events assistant would be available to work at these events in a variety of simple task roles. It may be as a friendly greeter, or as an elevator monitor, or as a gallery monitor.   As simple as these tasks are, they are vital to care and operation of Price Tower Arts Center during a special events.

Time Commitment: The time commitment is scheduled around individual events with two or more weeks notice.  Usually a commitment of 2 to 4 hours per event is required depending upon availability of other special events assistants.

Training: No training is required. If you enjoy people, art, and parties then this is your chance to contribute to your community and Price Tower Arts Center.  Specific task instruction will be given for each event.

Job Benefits: Tours provide contact with the Frank Lloyd Wright community, artist and architects from around the world.  Receive a 20% discount in The Wright Place museum store on your volunteer days.  A limited number of complimentary tour passes are available for you and your family and friends.  Invitation to Volunteer Appreciation events through out the year and be eligible for other volunteer incentive programs.
